From PreListNow’s inception it was about change in the traditional real estate market. Only by change will the client have a real choice.

In 1998, Dominic Greco bought a Realty World franchise. He bought the franchise to help his mortgage company pick up purchase money transactions.  He tried the traditional route by soliciting realtors to be their mortgage referral source. However, by the time he called hundreds of realtors, he realized one obvious fact.

REALTORS DON’T HAVE TIME FOR MORTGAGE BROKERS.

Dominic Greco was never one for giving up so he figured if you can’t get referrals from other realtors then become your own realtor. So thats exactly what he did, he bought a realty world franchise and turn the sacramento region upside down with change.

Dominic was not interested in high commission dollars on the sale of properties, he figured he could have a fixed price, full service home listing service and break even on the real estate side, this would increase the purchase money loan applications and closings.

BY ACCIDENT HE FOUND OUT THAT PEOPLE WOULD RATHER PAY LESS THAN MORE IN REALTORS COMMISSIONS. WHO KNEW?

Fast forward to 2018, Dominic believes by always communicating to his clients that both he and them believe there shouldn’t have ever been two commissions for selling one home. There is really no other industry that charges twice for one transaction. Dominc knows this will lower the cost but he also knows it will simplified the process.
